Water Ponding in Front of the Stands and on the Inside
of the Frontstretch


Heavy rains inundated the track.  Note the infield.

The parking areas were just as bad.

This shot shows the water on the inside of the frontstretch. It was about two feet deep.

Turn one was completely underwater on the inside cushion.  We could run hydroplanes, not cars!!!
